Carolyn Jackson, Legislative Consultant

Carolyn has been volunteering with the ACLU-MN since 2002, during which time she has been tracking legislation in the Minnesota Legislature and helping draft testimony before legislative committees. Before retiring to become a full time mom, Carolyn practiced municipal bond law in Illinois, and prior to that was a political activist in Illinois and Iowa. Carolyn has a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from Northwestern University. She is married with two school-aged children.
