Misdemeanor Warrant Resolution Day

June 1, 2019 @ 10:00 am 2:00 pm
Come to this safe location and meet with attorneys, judges and community corrections to take care of any outstanding misdemeanor warrants. This voluntary event lets you clear warrants for misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors without getting arrested. If your case can’t be handled the same day, we can schedule a court date for you.

This event is not designed for people with felony warrants because they cannot be guaranteed a resolution.

Warrant Resolution Day is child-friendly, forgiveness-focused, and safety and community-minded. A free children’s play area, lunch, refreshments, and community resources will be available while you wait.

No registration is required. Hmong and Spanish interpreters will be available.

Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Washington and Anoka Counties, the Saint Paul City Attorney’s Office and the Minnesota Judicial Branch are all taking part and co-sponsoring the event, along with the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota, NAACP Minneapolis and Pueblos de Lucha y Esperanza.

Which warrants are eligible?
