VICTORY! ACLU-MN Wins Federal Appeal

The ACLU-MN won a federal appeal for Myriam, a young woman who was unlawfully detained in Anoka County and forced to wait while the jail contacted ICE. Jails who unlawfully hold people for ICE are committing false imprisonment.
