Please fill out this form as completely as possible. To read more about what types of cases the ACLU typically takes on please visit File a complaint. If you are having a problem submitting the complaint form, please check a couple of things.

  1. Did you fill in all the boxes where there is a yellow question mark next to it? (these are required fields)
  2. If you did fill in the complaint form and the yellow question mark did not disappear it might be because you have entered in too much information (there is a word limit) please shorten your description and then try to send.
