ACLU-MN Sends Letter Demanding Independent Prosecution in the Killing of George Floyd

Today the ACLU of Minnesota sent a letter to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison demanding that the prosecution of the police who killed George Floyd be taken out of the Hennepin County Attorney’s office and turned over to the Attorney General.
