The bill would make helping someone who protests on critical infrastructure a hefty felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and $20,000. Anyone who "recruits, trains, aids, advises, hires, counsels, or conspires
with or otherwise procures another to trespass" can be held liable for damages and arrested.

The bill also creates liability for property damage for someone arrested for trespassing upon critical infrastructure, even without a conviction, and anyone who helps them protest.
