ACLU-MN Responds to DOJ’s Withdrawal from Consent Decree
On May 21, the Department of Justice announced that it will be asking the court to withdraw from the consent decree agreement it reached with the Minneapolis Police Department.

Today, the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota filed a complaint against Minnesota Voters Alliance with the Minnesota Attorney General for violations of state disclosure laws.
In February the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota issued this challenge: "If you can bring us evidence of a voter impersonation conviction that would have been prevented by this new law...we will give you $1,000".
