Rights Matter: The Story of the Bill of Rights is a 70-page curriculum that provides a great overview of the history of civil rights in the United States. This free curriculum is available to download at rightsmatter.org.

Minnesota teachers interested in this curriculum or any of our other resources may request materials by sending an email to education@aclu-mn.org with the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Your school's contact information (name, address, phone number)
  3. Which class(es) you teach and at what grade levels
  4. The number of students to whom you wish to distribute the requested materials
