Hennepin County: Ensure Legal Access to Protesters

Heightened security measures taken by Minneapolis and Hennepin County around the Derek Chauvin trial must not impugn the due process rights of individuals detained by law enforcement. The ACLU-MN joined a letter by the Legal Rights Center and other allies to push for legal access to any arrested protesters.
