ACLU-MN is investigating unlawful conduct towards ICE observers and protestors by federal immigration agents in Minnesota. The information requested in this form is being gathered by the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota to investigate this unlawful conduct. This confidential legal intake is conducted for the purpose of evaluating misconduct or unlawful actions by Border Patrol, ICE, and other federal agents in Minnesota, and documenting these actions.

If your arrest, detention, stop, or questioning, appeared to be the result of targeting and profiling based on your race or national origin, or if you have been arrested, detained, or stopped by federal immigration agents where the federal agents did not have a warrant or they had a warrant that did not apply to you please instead fill out ACLU-MN’s form for reporting an instance of racial profiling by federal law enforcement instead.
