This position will work closely with all the organization’s teams by providing customized administrative, strategic, and critical support. A successful Administrative and IT Assistant will have the ability to anticipate and solve problems, strong organizational skills, a collaborative work ethic, a customer service mindset, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Schedule and Location:
Work will be performed within the ACLU-MN Offices in Minneapolis, MN during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. This is primarily an in-person role with an option for occasional remote workdays.

The position requires regular use of a computer and communication technology and may require occasional travel to meetings and community events. Typical duties include the ability to lift 20 lbs. Salary is commensurate with experience within the range of $28-$30 per hour, or $58,240-$62,400 annually. This is a non-exempt role that is eligible for overtime when working above 40 hours per week. The Administrative and IT Assistant position is covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement with the Minnesota Newspaper & Communication Guild, TNG-CWA Local 37002.
