Anti-Trans Bathroom Bill

States that public school bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. will be accessible only to students whose chromosomes and birth sex match the gender assignment of the bathroom. Prohibits schools and other public facilities from providing similar space for students whose gender identity doesn't match their birth gender.

• Effectively denies use of public school bathrooms, locker rooms, etc. that match gender identity to transgender student
• Denies equal protection (14th amendment)
