Summary

Prohibits the suspension of driver's licenses for failing to pay for traffic tickets; or for failing to appeal in court on a petty misdemeanor citation or license suspension/revocation.

The bill also requires reporting on the status of drivers' licenses issued, suspended, and revoked; and the payment of fines related to motor vehicle violations.
