The ACLU of Minnesota supports House File 91 (Senate File 70) which would repeal existing abortion restrictions such as:
- Parental notification
- 24 hour waiting period before one can get an abortion
- Prohibitions on abortions being performed by non physicians or abortions being restricted to a hospital after the 1st trimester
